The role requires significant biopharma S&E experience, a PhD/MD or equivalent, deep Haematology science, and a proven history

Qualifications

• Extensive biopharma external-innovation or S&E experience.
• Proven track record in due diligence and early-deal closure.
• Strong network within biotech, academia and pharma BD.
• Experience shaping partnering strategies for preclinical/Phase 1 assets.
• Advanced degree required (PhD, MD, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Early S&E leader within the TALT.
• Lead sourcing for preclinical and Phase 1 assets.
• Co‑lead meetings to review and advance New Product Opportunities.
• Develop early partnering strategies and competitive positioning for priorities.
• Drive cross-functional due diligence and coordinate assessments for governance.
