Job summary

You will interact with USDA inspectors, manage hold logs and product disposition, and perform pre-shipment reviews, with opportunities to advance HACCP responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of quality assurance experience in the food industry.
• 2-3 years of HACCP writing and overview.

Responsibilities
