Job summary

Mosaic in Beatrice seeks a dedicated Person-Centered Planning Coordinator/QIDP to oversee a caseload of up to 22 individuals within a supportive community. You will develop individualized programs and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding a team of direct care staff.

The ideal candidate has a QIDP certification, at least 3 years in relevant settings, and strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills. This full-time role emphasizes service quality and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• QIDP certification (or state requirements), CPR/First Aid and Mandt certification required (or to obtain after hire).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of up to 22 individuals with individualized programs.
• Lead annual meetings, CFA, POM, SIS assessments, and present to Human Rights Committee.
• Collaborate with Home Supervisors, families, guardians, and Service Coordinators to drive admissions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train direct care staff in behavior modification and help develop innovative service methodologies.
• Maintain high standards with clear, professional documentation.
