Job summary

Blue River Services, Inc. is seeking a Habilitation Manager to lead and oversee the Habilitation Programs for adults with disabilities. You will supervise staff, coordinate services, and ensure plans meet individual needs and regulatory requirements.

This full-time exempt role requires strong leadership, program evaluation, and collaboration with state agencies and families to promote independence, community integration, and person-centered supports.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Experience delivering person-centered supports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate all Habilitation program activities and staff.
• Create an environment promoting participation, independence, and personal growth.
• Assess and monitor needs for each person served and maintain PCISP.
• Ensure services follow individualized assessments, plans, and regulatory standards.
• Provide staff training and conduct routine meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and coordinate with state agencies and families.
