Job summary

Clearbrook is seeking a Habilitation Aide for the ICF Fairfax program in Rolling Meadows, IL. The role provides direct active treatment, supports daily living tasks, and helps clients participate in community activities.

You will work part-time with a schedule including weekdays and weekend hours. The position offers paid training, weekend differential, and opportunities to contribute to person-centered supports for individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid IL driver's license required.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Direct provision of active treatment to clients according to individual program plans.
• Teach and support use of community resources.
• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, feeding, and housekeeping.
• Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.

Education
