Job summary

BAYADA is seeking part-time DSPs in Dormont, Bethel Park, and Mount Lebanon, PA, with potential for up to 40 hours. You will provide personal care, accompany clients to errands and appointments, and support daily activities and hobbies to help individuals reach their full potential.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent; one year of experience with I/DD is preferred, with training available through our apprentice program. BAYADA offers a supportive environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals; training available through apprentice program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming).
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Spend time on clients' hobbies and activities.
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation.
• Participate in community integration activities.

Job Responsibilities for DSPs

• You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)

Qualifications for DSPs

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, training is available through our apprentice program
• High school diploma or equivalent
