Advanced Technology Systems Company is seeking a CNC Machinist / Automation Cell Technician to support Haas CNC milling, XR12 tube cutting, and robotic welding operations. The role involves setup, programming, and operation, with duties spanning fabrication, inspection, and production support.

The ideal candidate will have strong Haas experience, G-code/M-code proficiency, and the ability to move between machining, inspection, and welding tasks as workload requires.

Qualifications

• CNC machining experience with setup, programming, and operation.
• Strong Haas CNC equipment experience preferred and able to troubleshoot and verify first parts.
• Ability to read drawings, GD&T, and welding symbols.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Haas CNC milling equipment including workholding and offsets.
• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code/M-code.
• Interpret drawings, perform first-part and in-process inspection.
• Support XR12 tube cutter programming and operation.
• Assist robotic welding cells setup and operation.
• Perform fixture setup, fit-up, and fabrication support.
• Troubleshoot machining problems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Participate in process improvement with engineering.
