Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) seeks an experienced CNC Machinist / Automation Cell Technician in Gilbert, AZ. You will set up, program, and operate Haas milling equipment and support XR12 tube cutting and robotic welding cells.

A strong Haas background, G-code/M-code proficiency, and GD&T knowledge are required for this hands-on role. The ideal candidate enjoys learning new automation tech, works across fabrication and inspection tasks, and can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Haas CNC equipment experience strongly preferred and advantageous.
• Proficient with G-code and M-code; able to read CAM output.
• Strong reading of engineering drawings, GD&T, and weld symbols.
• Experience with precision measurement and first‑part inspection.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Haas CNC milling equipment; prepare workholding and offsets.
• Program, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop machining processes: tools, speeds, feeds, and sequences.
• Interpret drawings and tolerances; verify with inspection tools.
• Support XR12 tube cutter programming and robotic welding cells as needed.
• Perform fixture setup, alignment, and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to improve methods.
