Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC in Ellisville, MS seeks a shift QA/ CCP technician to ensure HACCP compliance and monitor critical control points. You will work Monday to Friday with some Saturdays, on a 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM shift, contributing to a cold, moist production environment and ensuring PPE protocols are followed.

Responsibilities include communicating deviations to QA, assisting with day-to-day production problems, and performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must follow HACCP plan and monitor CCPs as per plant plan.
• Ability to communicate with Production & QA about deviations from CCP limits.
• Must wear and maintain PPE and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

Shift Details & Pay Ranges = Listed BelowShift: SHIFT TIMES MAY VARYMonday through Friday - Shift Time: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM*** OCCASIONAL SATURDAYS ***Pay Ranges:Entry through 4 years of Employment = $20.605 years through 9 years of Employment = $20.8510 years through 14 years of Employment = $21.1015 years through 19 years of Employment = $21.3520 plus years of Employment = $21.60PRIMARY FUNCTION:Primarily responsible for ensuring we follow our company's HACCP plan. Responsible for monitoring HACCP CCP’s at the specified frequency as stated in the plant’s HACCP plan or as necessary depending on conditions.
