Job summary

Hotel 43 and Block22 Companies seek a House Attendant to keep public spaces and back-of-house areas spotless, safe, and guest-ready in downtown Boise. You will vacuum hallways, assist with supplies delivery, and follow safety procedures for chemicals, while maintaining storage areas and supporting staff.

Flexibility to work holidays and weekends, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cleaning and maintaining public spaces and back-of-house areas.
• Vacuum hallways, lobbies, and office carpets on a routine basis.
• Follow procedures for handling cleaning chemicals, including wearing PPE.
• Accurately label and store chemical containers according to safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas and service closets.
• Deliver supplies, linens, and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information and materials.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments in accordance with hotel standards.

As a House Attendant at Hotel 43, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes champion who keeps our shared spaces spotless, safe, and ready to welcome guests at every turn.

• Assist in cleaning and maintaining public spaces and back-of-house areas.
• Vacuum hallways, lobbies, and office carpets on a routine basis.
• Follow proper procedures for handling and using cleaning chemicals, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Accurately label and store chemical containers according to safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas and service closets.
• Support housekeeping staff by delivering supplies, linens, and equipment as needed.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information and materials.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments in accordance with hotel standards.

Strong communication skills, including the use of hotel radios and internal communication systems.

Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends as needed.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
