Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a large law firm client in seeking a Business Immigration Attorney for a fully remote, temporary engagement.

Role Details

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 3 months, with potential for extension
• Location: Fully remote (must be able to support some PST hours)
• Compensation: $55/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Handle nonimmigrant and immigrant employment‑based visa matters, with a strong focus on H‑1B filings during cap season
• Prepare and review H‑1B petitions, supporting documentation, and related filings
• Manage a high volume of cases while meeting strict deadlines
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate submissions
• Provide clear communication and updates on case progress
