Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent for our Gypsum Plant in Fletcher, Oklahoma. The role leads the maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations within our PBM framework.

A strong emphasis on safety, proactive hazard mitigation, and data-driven reporting will drive daily decisions and improvements. You will collaborate with production to optimize the manufacturing enterprise, develop staff, and troubleshoot issues while maintaining compliance and quality

Qualifications

2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or military environment.
2 years of prior maintenance scheduling/planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Commitment to safety excellence and process discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead a gypsum maintenance team in a safe, SIF-free, continuous manufacturing environment.
Supervise/coordinate maintenance efforts to improve EHS, compliance, reliability, quality, production and costs.
Support production processes to align and optimize manufacturing delivering value to the business.
Facilitate team development and problem-solving for performance improvement.
Promote safety, ownership, and accountability to identify hazards and implement mitigations.
Monitor craft quality and guide crew to maximize efficiency.
Assist with troubleshooting production issues and provide safety training to crew.
Enter data and generate/complete reports for management.
