Job summary

You will conduct assessments, document care, and coordinate treatments across care teams. The position requires an RN license, CPR certification, and 2 years of relevant clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care, with opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• State Licensed Registered Nurse for the state of employment.
• Certification in Basic CPR.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred for certain positions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and provide nursing interventions.
• Initiate and coordinate patient education for unit served.
• Conduct routine nursing duties including phlebotomy and medication administration.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care.
• Triage telephone calls and manage urgent medical situations per protocols.
• Guide and delegate tasks to licensed staff in accordance with Illinois law.

Associate’s degree in Nursing

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

State Licensed Registered Nurse
