Job summary

Inova Schar Cancer Institute's Fairfax location seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Gynecologic Oncology Clinic. This full-time day shift from Monday to Friday delivers patient-centered cancer care with a strong emphasis on coordination and education.

The RN will work with a team of specialists in a state-of-the-art cancer center, providing holistic care and partnering with patients and families throughout treatment and survivorship.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience at minimum.
• BSN or ADN; if ADN, obtain BSN within 5 years of start date.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association required.
• RN licensed and eligible to practice in Virginia.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills; proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice with care coordination.
• Deliver safe, holistic patient care and family education.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver care across the continuum.
