Job summary

Duke Health invites an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology – Division of Gynecologic Oncology at Duke Women’s Cancer Care Raleigh and Duke Raleigh Hospital in Raleigh, NC. The APP will provide outpatient care, collaborate with physicians and other APPs, and may assist in the operating room.

Primary hours are Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• NP or PA licensure in NC; oncology experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; oncology CME annually expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients with gynecologic malignancies and benign conditions.
• Obtain histories, perform exams, document findings, and develop treatment plans.
• Order and schedule labs and procedures; explain tests to patients.

Education

Master’s degree in Nursing (NP)
