Job summary

UMass Memorial Health seeks a board-certified (or eligible) Gynecologic Oncologist to head the Gynecologic Oncology division. The role directs four oncologists and an advanced practice clinician, leading clinical care, education, and research initiatives within an academic medical center.

The candidate will drive departmental strategic priorities, recruit and mentor faculty, and collaborate with radiation oncology, genetics, and palliative care to deliver multidisciplinary cancer care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN/Gynecologic Oncology.
• MD/DO degree and licensed to practice in MA.
• Fellowship in gynecologic oncology required; strong leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead division of four gynecologic oncologists and one NP.
• Direct clinical practice, quality, education and research initiatives.
• Coordinate recruitment, faculty development and multidisciplinary care.
