Job summary

UMass Memorial Medical Group in Worcester, MA seeks a Division Chief of Gynecologic Oncology to lead a four-physician division and an advanced practice clinician, directing clinical practice, education and research initiatives.

The role focuses on recruitment, faculty development, and collaboration across radiation oncology, genetics and palliative care to deliver high-quality, evidence-based cancer care and expand the program.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN/Gynecologic Oncology.
• Fellowship training in gynecologic oncology.
• Academic/research involvement in gynecologic oncology.
• MD or DO with residency and sub-specialty training; license eligibility in MA.

Responsibilities

• Direct the division of four gynecologic oncologists and one advanced practice clinician.
• Lead clinical care, education and research initiatives within the division.
• Develop faculty, recruit talent and maintain recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate across departments to advance multidisciplinary cancer care.
