The role includes outpatient consultations, inpatient management, and surgical care with access to robotic, laparoscopic, and minimally invasive options. Compensation includes a base salary of $420,000–$480,000 with a three-year guarantee, RVU bonuses, sign-on and relocation assistance, and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training and board certification/eligibility in Gynecologic Oncology.
• Eligible for an unrestricted Illinois medical license.
• Strong surgical skills including minimally invasive and open techniques.

Responsibilities

• Full-scope gynecologic oncology practice with outpatient consultations, inpatient management, and surgical care.
• Access to advanced operating rooms for minimally invasive, laparoscopic, and robotic procedures.
• Active participation in a multidisciplinary tumor board and coordinated cancer care.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $420,000 -$480,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
