Offering an industry-competitive base salary of $420,000–$480,000 with three-year guarantee, RVU-based bonuses, sign-on and relocation support, plus comprehensive benefits and Epic EMR integration.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training and board certification/eligibility in Gynecologic Oncology.
• Eligible for an unrestricted Illinois medical license.
• Strong surgical skills with MIS and open techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope gynecologic oncology care across outpatient, inpatient, and surgery.
• Perform minimally invasive, laparoscopic, and robotic procedures.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board and coordinated cancer care.
• Shape and expand the gynecologic oncology program, including protocols and outreach.
• Mentor residents and medical students in a community hospital setting.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $420,000 -$480,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
