Qualifications

• BSN required.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff activities, including training and performance evaluations.

• Assists in staffing, budgeting, and payroll tasks.
• Delivers patient care per plan and documents per policy.
• Develops collaborative care plans based on assessment and treatment.
• Monitors staffing and performs payroll updates; coordinates communications.
• Maintains safety-sensitive work requirements.
