BJC HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oncology for the Saint Louis, Missouri area. The role supports a 24-bed GYN Oncology unit with chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, and palliative care in a Magnet-certified hospital.

BSN required with 2-5 years of RN experience and Missouri licensure. Preference for 2pm-10:30pm, five days a week, in a safety-sensitive, fast-paced environment that emphasizes team-based care.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 2-5 years of RN experience preferred.
• Current RN license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and multidisciplinary team collaborations.
• Lead staffing and assign nursing responsibilities.
• Ensure documentation and policy adherence across shifts.
