Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Physician Assistant (First Assist) or Nurse Practitioner (RNFA) to manage day-to-day patient needs under physician supervision, with OR duties. The role supports multiple campuses and includes 4 ten-hour days and Friday coverage, with day shifts and on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities span medical and surgical patient care, history/physicals, orders and tests, and patient education. Requires PA or NP training, licenses, and credentialing per NJ law.

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of an approved physician's assistant program.
• Graduate of an NLN/AACN accredited nursing program.
• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

• Provide medical services under physician supervision.
• Perform and document history and physical assessments for patient age groups.
• Prescribe medications safely in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Contribute to rounds, care coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
