Job summary

The Little Gym of Northern Virginia in Bethesda, MD is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to ensure that The Little Gym program is taught to the high standards set by The Little Gym International, every class, every day. Qualifications

• Prior gymnastics coaching experience.
• Professional experience working with kids.
• Available to work one weekend day consistently.
• Available to work some evenings consistently.

Responsibilities

• Know and understand The Little Gym philosophy and program. Communicate information correctly and professionally to parents.
• Assist the Gym Director and Program Director in the training of Instructors and maintaining and building student enrollment.
• Conduct great The Little Gym classes while ensuring that all classes are high energy and fun.
• Social media and marketing coordination for the gym.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Gym Director.
