Job summary

The Little Gym International is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager for our Dulles Landing, VA location, to ensure classes meet high standards and to support daily operations. You will teach roughly 60% of your time, help train instructors, grow student enrollment, and coordinate social media and marketing efforts under the Gym Director's guidance.

Ideal candidates bring gymnastics coaching experience, love working with children, and can commit to daytime/evening/weekend schedules.

Qualifications

• Prior gymnastics coaching experience.
• Professional experience working with children.
• Available to work at least one weekend day.
• Available to work some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Teach high-energy, fun The Little Gym classes following the company's standards.
• Assist the Gym Director and Program Director in training instructors and maintaining enrollment.
• Conduct engaging classes while maintaining high energy and safety.
• Coordinate social media and marketing efforts for the gym.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Gym Director.
