Job summary

The Little Gym International in Bethesda, MD is seeking energetic instructors to bring our curriculum to life for children from 4 months to 12 years. You’ll teach engaging classes, move with purpose, and provide exceptional customer service and membership experiences.

As part of our team, you’ll work in a fun, active environment, helping kids build confidence and new skills while staying connected with families in the community. Availability for Fall 2026 is required.

Qualifications

• Background in coaching gymnastics or relatable skills (dance, sports skills or karate).
• Recent experience with sales and customer service.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships with Little Gym Families.
• Teach using our proven curriculum and teaching method.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym's environment.
• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment in each class.
