Job summary

The Little Gym of Newnan is seeking an energetic coach to lead gymnastics classes using our proven curriculum and teaching method. You’ll also train new instructors to maintain program quality and align with the franchise model.

You’ll handle front desk operations, manage enrollments and memberships, and deliver outstanding customer service to families. This role supports a high-energy environment with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well.
• You’re totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s.

Responsibilities

• Coach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method and train our instructors to do the same. Protect program quality by ensuring all classes are aligned with the franchise model.
• Build and execute training plans for new hires. Lead gymnastics spotting workshops for new hires.
• Operate the front desk when not coaching, and manage enrollment & memberships.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Oversee the full breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met.
• Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members.
