ADP, Inc. is seeking a General Manager for Georgetown Park in Washington, DC.

This full-time exempt senior management position oversees all facets of the gym location, including staff, sales, and operations, with accountability for dues, revenue, and profit budgets. The role requires a minimum of three years in management, strong leadership and customer service, and a bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).

Qualifications

• Three years of related management experience.
• Understanding of performance metrics including P&L, revenue, budgeting, inventory, payroll, labor management and facilities maintenance.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with proven results.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a consistently clean, friendly member and team member experience.
• Lead team to achieve overall gym performance and profitability (P&L).
• Oversee sales processes, gym operations, and staff scheduling.
• Hire, train, and evaluate gym-level staff and sales team responsibilities.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and comply with company initiatives and standards.
• Maintain facilities, supplies, and safety/compliance across the gym.
