Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in gym operations, including scheduling and data analysis.
• Shadow gym managers to learn day-to-day leadership practices.
• Support sales initiatives, including membership sales and achieving KPIs.
• Potentially step into acting managerial roles for a day or shift.
