Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect with resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming sales and service experience to all guests and members to inspire next steps in fitness goals.
• Support an onboarding experience that connects members to fitness offerings and creates belonging.
