Job summary

Crunch Fitness is growing and seeks a Customer-focused Member Services Supervisor to lead front-desk operations in East Lansing, MI. This full-time role combines member engagement, sales of memberships and Dot Fit products, and staff supervision to maintain club standards.

Pay is $13.73/hr plus a monthly bonus. Requires at least 1 year of customer service and 1 year of management experience, in-person work, and United States citizenship. Website: www.primetimefitness.org

1 year of customer service experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Demonstrate working knowledge of standard operating procedures and policies for the club
Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees
Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive
Illustrate an ability to make decisions
Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, presentations, and phone calls
Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll them in a membership
Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products
Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems
Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure cleanliness
