Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by engaging with prospective and current members, presenting options, and closing sales to meet monthly goals.

• Learn and support all aspects of daily club operations, including staff scheduling and facility cleanliness.
• Assist in developing and coaching front-line staff to ensure team performance and adherence to Crunch standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and community outreach to grow brand awareness.

• Be responsible for Sunday production and ensure club operations run smoothly.
