Crunch Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-energy gym team in San Diego. You will drive membership sales, deliver exceptional member service, and mentor staff to achieve club goals.

This role blends leadership with hands-on sales and operational duties in a fast-paced fitness environment. You will oversee training, scheduling, and promotions while maintaining a culture of positivity and results.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness and helping others.
• Mastery of the sales, customer service, and administrative skills required in the Member Service Representative position.
• CPR/AED Certification.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field, and 1-3 years experience in sales and management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with all types of people.

Responsibilities

• Give tours and sell gym memberships and personal training.
• Complete reports and assist in scheduling and promotions.
• Serve as “manager on duty” for customer service needs.
• Lead sales trainings and assist in team meetings and employee coaching.
