Job summary

Anytime Fitness is looking for a motivated team member to help run a busy gym in Front Royal, VA. You will ensure the facility runs smoothly, keep members happy, and drive growth through referrals and great service.

Training is provided; CPR/AED certification can be earned after starting. A personal trainer certification is a plus. This role emphasizes learning and growth within a supportive team, with opportunities to build lasting member relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with members.
• Experience in selling a product or service.
• Ability to motivate and guide members to reach fitness goals.
• CPR/AED certification (can be earned after starting).
• Personal trainer certification (preferred but not required).
• Degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Ensure gym is clean, runs smoothly, and members are happy.
