You will oversee staff, ensure safety and brand standards, develop programs, manage budgets, and partner with regional and corporate leaders to execute growth initiatives. Strong leadership and communication are essential; we value collaboration, accountability, and member experience.

Formación

• 5+ years of management experience in fitness, recreation, hospitality, or membership-based industries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and drive growth.
• Experience launching corporate initiatives and operating systems in a gym setting.
• Passion for community, fitness, and experiential operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a top-tier member/guest experience.
• Mentor staff in sales, service, safety, and performance.
• Run audits and reviews to uphold brand standards and safety policies.
• Develop strategies to achieve revenue, membership, and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers and corporate to track KPIs and local marketing performance.
• Identify partnerships, events, and opportunities to drive local engagement and growth.
• Manage budgets and analyze trends to drive financial improvements.
• Lead rollout of programs and initiatives from corporate leadership and mentor local teams.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing staff; provide coaching and leadership development.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence aligned with CRG values.
