• Passion for community, fitness, and experiential business operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across facility(s) to ensure consistent, high-quality member and guest experience.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, membership, and profitability goals.
• Partner with regional managers and corporate team to track KPIs and local marketing performance.
• Assist in rollout of new programs and serve as a liaison between senior management and local teams.
