Job summary

New York Sports Club and our family of brands is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor at the White Plains City Center location. You will ensure a welcoming and safe environment, lead Service & Sales Representatives, and assist management with retention by focusing on cancel saves and collections.

The role requires 2–3 years of face‑to‑face customer service and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail, plus AED/CPR certification and proficiency with POS/timekeeping

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of face‑to‑face customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail.
• Child & adult AED/CPR certified.
• Ability to learn and maximize POS/timekeeping/membership systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote, maintain, and protect the customer experience by developing SSRs to be solution‑oriented and aligned with the brand’s mission.
• Engage with members and guests to drive retention and member referrals.
• Respond quickly to member feedback and escalate issues to club management as needed.
• Lead by example and support the GM/AGM with retention and AR collections.
