D1 Training is seeking a Sales Associate to boost retail sales and provide outstanding customer service. You will engage with clients, promote apparel and merchandise, and help manage class check-ins, contributing to a welcoming gym family atmosphere.

The role requires friendly communication, reliability in a fast-paced setting, and a passion for fitness. Evening hours (3–8:30pm) are required and the team environment emphasizes support and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or fitness setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell D1 retail products, including apparel, water, and other merchandise to clients.
• Evening availability is a must, hours between 3-8:30pm.
• Efficiently manage client check-ins for classes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all members.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns to foster a positive atmosphere.
• Work closely with team members to maintain a supportive and encouraging environment for clients and staff alike.
• Help keep the facility clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming space for all members.
• Stay informed about D1 products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
