Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk teammate in San Antonio to create an EPIC first impression for Members and Guests. You will check-ins, register visitors, answer inquiries, and route questions to the right staff to ensure a welcoming, energetic club environment.

This part-time position emphasizes outstanding hospitality, clear communication, and teamwork. You will contribute to a friendly, proactive front desk experience that makes every member feel welcome and valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to interpret contracts and pricing packages.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage Members/Guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check members in using proper procedures.
• Register guests into the gym with proper procedures.
• Answer phone promptly with Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Route telephone inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Direct guests to the right Fitness Consultant when needed.
• Serve as a communication hub for members, guests and teammates.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and maintain a neat front desk area.
• Support teammates in achieving daily goals and adhere to policies.
