Job summary

Zoo Health Club Derry is seeking friendly Front Desk Representatives to greet members, manage check-ins, and assist with retail sales. The role supports the Sales and Kids Place teams to keep the club welcoming, clean, and safe.

Flexible hours include evenings, mornings, and weekend shifts. CPR/First Aid certifications will be provided if needed; experience in health clubs or hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of customer service/guest relations.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and organized; able to multitask.
• Understanding of health club operations; able to work days/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members and guests.
• Sell retail products and services.
• Answer calls, update billing, and direct inquiries.
• Handle member concerns and complaints.
• Open and close procedures; maintain club cleanliness and order.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; stand and type for long periods.
• Maintain professional appearance and avoid non-work activities when on shift.
• Collaborate with Sales and Kids Place staff; other duties as assigned.
