Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Custodial experience preferred, with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent communication with internal and external customers.

• Ability to think critically and solve problems proactively.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, showers, and all waste areas.
• Inspect and clean windows, frames, baseboards, walls, and handrails.
• Identify and complete daily cleaning tasks and specials as assigned.
• Assist at front desk operations as needed, including use of Point of Sale.
• Communicate with members to maintain high level of service and cleanliness.
