Job summary

The Little Gym of Flower Mound is seeking a Gym Director to lead a full-time team at our location. You will work with the home office leadership to pilot initiatives, fine-tune operations, and host training events for franchisees.

Responsibilities include teaching GREAT classes, managing day-to-day operations, hiring and training staff, maintaining facilities, and driving membership growth while delivering exceptional customer service. A background in child development or gymnastics is a plus.

Qualifications

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Strong time management and a positive attitude are essential.

• Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none.
• Manage day-to-day operations.
• Hire, manage, and oversee the training of staff.
• Maintain facility and equipment.
• Sell The Little Gym program to new customers.

Job Summary

The Gym Director is a full-time career level position responsible for the overall performance of the gym and will report directly to The Little Gym International as The Little Gym of Flower Mound is a corporate owned location. You will work hand in hand with the home office leadership team to pilot new initiatives, fine tune operational processes, and host training events for brand new The Little Gym franchisees.
