Planet Fitness is seeking a Club Manager at our Warwick gym to oversee daily operations and deliver a premier, judgment-free member experience. You will lead a team, drive sales, handle staff development, and ensure a welcoming environment for all members and guests. The role requires full-time commitment, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The ideal candidate will have prior management experience, strong communication, and basic computer skills. CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to work a full-time schedule.
• Previous management experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
• CPR certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members.
• Schedule staff and ensure shifts are covered.
• Oversee front desk activities and member check-in.
• Ensure safety and maintenance of facility.
• Manage marketing efforts and promotions.
• Track statistics and reports weekly, monthly, annually.
