Job summary

A leading fitness organization seeks an Assistant Manager to ensure exceptional gym operations and a positive member experience. You will assist the General Manager in leading a dedicated team, focusing on exceptional customer service and operational standards. Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians.
• Ensure safety of employees, members, and club property.
• Manage marketing efforts and team training on promotions.
