Job summary

EōS Fitness, located in Surprise, Arizona, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to assist the Sales team in achieving sales targets and ensuring member success. This role will lead, coach, and train the Sales team to uphold high standards of customer service and engagement, driving membership growth.

The successful candidate will have experience in sales and customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills and a passion for the fitness industry. Competitive hourly pay and various benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3–4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and vendors.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales targets are met by leading the team and driving sales initiatives.
• Focus on selling club memberships, individual memberships, and fitness services.
• Oversee the billing processes for memberships and monitor the sales process.
• Communicate goals and expectations to staff members.
• Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
