Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a GxP Maintenance Technician III for the 2nd shift in Boston. You will perform maintenance on electrical, HVAC, and process systems, monitor alarms, and ensure GMP and OSHA compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on maintenance experience, proficiency with BMS Metasys and CMMS, and the ability to lead by influence across departments. On-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance.
• Experience with operating BMS and CMMS.
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Equipment, GMP basics, OSHA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Complete work requests, maintenance projects, and operational assignments with minimal supervision.
• Escort vendors and ensure SOP compliance.
• Monitor systems and respond to alarms; perform PMs and calibrations in the CMMS.
• Provide leadership on routine and non-routine maintenance activities.
• Execute root-cause analysis and provide recommendations.
