Zusammenfassung

Moderna is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join the site team in Norwood. You will partner with automation engineers, QC analysts, warehouse, and manufacturing operators to ensure robust, compliant systems and strong end-user support, including room AV.

The role emphasizes GMP data integrity, incident triage, change control in a validated GxP environment, and collaboration across QA, Plant Engineering, and Digital Core teams to coordinate downtime and restoration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of IT system support in manufacturing and labs.
• Experience in BioPharma/GxP environments.
• Some experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience with backup/recovery systems (Acronis, Veeam, N2WS, etc.).
• Experience with cybersecurity endpoint protection (CrowdStrike, Symantec, McAfee, etc.).
• Experience with infrastructure tools (Dynatrace, PagerDuty, Splunk).
• Excellent Windows and hardware trouble-shooting skills.
• Experience with Apple devices (MacOS/iOS, JAMF).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and basic networking concepts.

Aufgaben

• Provide Tier 1 IT support for manufacturing operations across workstations, HMIs, scanners, label printers, and Thin Clients.
• Triage and resolve IT incidents, requests, and change controls with SLAs.
• Support change control activities in a validated GxP environment with audit trails.
• Use observability tools to monitor system health and resolve performance issues.
• Participate in endpoint protection and vulnerability management with security teams.
• Maintain CMDB, inventories, configuration baselines, and network documentation.
• Document tickets, repairs, imaging, data wiping, and asset tracking.
• Deliver a high-quality, customer-centric end-user experience.
• Collaborate with QA/QC/Automation/Plant and Lab Engineering and Digital Core teams on downtime/restoration reviews.
• Participate in after-hours or weekend support as manufacturing demands require.
