Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking a Document Controller to design and review training content and coordinate learning solutions across the site.

The role focuses on developing training materials, supporting learning projects, and enabling learning in operations. 2–5 years in a GMP/GxP environment and experience with LMS and document management systems are preferred; willingness to support weekends/holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a GMP/GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in Learning and Development processes and SOPs in a GMP facility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor periodic review of training systems.
• Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to craft and update content.
• Learn systems to manage training transactions (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
