Job summary

Ohana is seeking a Summer Affiliate Program Intern to help grow Girls Who Sublet, a community that helps thousands of women safely find roommates and housing. You will contribute to outreach, test new strategies, and create social content to expand the network.

Each week you’ll post high-quality listings on Facebook Marketplace, assist women in listing their rooms, and drive growth through referrals and creative outreach to join the community.

Qualifications

• Experience with social media outreach and outreach campaigns.
• Ability to create engaging content for online communities.
• Interest in housing/subletting and community building.

About the role

Girls Who Sublet (GWS) is Ohana's community that helps thousands of women safely find roommates and sublets through Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

We're looking for a Summer Affiliate Program Intern to help grow the community by finding women who are looking to sublet or find housing and inviting them to join Girls Who Sublet. You'll also help build and improve our affiliate program by testing new outreach strategies, hosting events, and creating social content.

$25/week for posting at least one quality Facebook Marketplace listing and referring 5+ people who join the Girls Who Sublet community.
$2 for every additional person who joins the community beyond the first five.
$5 for every person who lists their room in the Girls Who Sublet community.
