The State of Oklahoma seeks a Guymon Resident Engineer to lead on-site construction management for District 6, Guymon, OK. This full-time, exempt role directs engineering staff, oversees contract administration, and ensures project quality and timely delivery.

Qualified candidates must hold a Professional Engineer license and have supervisory experience; strong knowledge of contract administration and QA processes is required.

Competenze

• PE license required for level II; others may apply for Level I with PE
• Experience supervising engineers, technicians and support staff
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders

• Serve as on-site representative for construction contract administration and QA
• Supervise inspection staff, review submittals, and manage change orders
• Coordinate utilities, stakeholders, and project closeout activities
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and directives and maintain project schedules
