• Must have at least 3–5 years of commission-based sales experience

Responsibilities

• Attend all estimates on time
• Price new opportunities within 48 hours of onsite visit with prospect using production rates
• Return incoming phone calls in a professional manner within 8 business hours
• Provide product differentiation to customer throughout selling process
• Effectively sell the company’s services by understanding customer needs
• Prioritize work to achieve sales goals
• Maintain closing rate of at least 50%
• Develop a prospecting plan focusing on generating leads
• Participate in networking groups to promote company
• Maintain organized workflow and CRM usage
